DESIGNING A TITLE/BANNER FOR TOCW!U CAN USE POLYVORE OR WHATEVER U WANT FOR THE TITLE/BANNER.U CAN WRITE THE OFFICIAL CLIQUE WEB.HEAVENFORUM.COM OR WHATEVER INVOLVING THE TITLE.AND I NOE THAT U WANNA NOE THE PRIZE.WELL THAT IS....

A CHANCE TO BE 1 OF MY MODERATORS WHICH WILL HAVE PART OWNERSHIP IN TOCW!AND U'LL AUTOMATICALLY SCORE AN INVITE TO BE IN MY TRUE ALPHAS CLIQUES AT TOCW PRIVATE SCHOOL WHERE WE RULE!AND FOR 1 ENTIRE WEEK!AND IF U PROVE IT TO ME THAT U AER REALLY LOYAL,U WILL GET TO STAY IN THE CLIQUE!HOW AH-MAZING IS THAT?I NOE.SO THOUGH QUITE A FEW MEMBERS HAVE JOINED TOCW,WE STILL NEED MORE MEMBERS AND PUH-LEASE HELP ADVERTISE FOR THIS SITE!ITS PERFECT EXCEPT WE NEED MORE MEMBERS AND TCO IS A GOOD PLACE TO START.BUT TCO IS GONNA SHUT DOWN SO U MUST WELL COME HERE!THX!

Anyway u want.moderators will also get to hosts special contests!I forgot to mention that.and u can also pm them to me so others won't steal yr ideas,just in case.and the deadline is on 1st April 2009.so all the best to my next moderator!
